The neonatal transport is highly skilled medical team that helps in the movement of critically infant within hospital or from one hospital to another where optimal care of newborn is taken with services of NICU and other specialist taking care of newborn. It is a single unit of transport team with mainly comprises of Tertiary Care NICU, perinatal care unit and a pediatric specialist along with some specific plan for newborns. They mainly concentrate in safe transportation of ill newborns that need extensive care and maintenance of normal vitals along with adequate airway facility, body temperature preservation and monitor of all activities.
