Endometrial polyps
Polyps and abnormal tissue growth that most of a look like small, flag bronzer timing mushrooms like stalks. Endometrial polyp, also called uterine polyps, are small, soft growth on the inside of a woman's uterus or womb. This is mostly comes from the tissue which is lines the uterus and called the endometrium. There may be just one or many polyps. All uterine polyps are not cancer.
Causes of Endometrial Polyps:-
Endometrial polyp cause is still mysterious. More oestrogen hormone in the body can be the cause of extra growth tissue in uterine.

Treatment of endometrial polyp
Small polyps without symptoms might resolve on their own. Treatment of small polyp is unnecessarily. Some hormonal medications like progestin’s gonadotropin-releasing hormone becomes less the symptoms of polyp.
If, size of polyp is large and cause infertility that can be removed by hysteroscopy or sometimes with the dilation and curettage.
During hysteroscopy, instruments are hysteroscope inserted through the vagina. This device helps inside the uterus and makes it possible to remove polyps. This polyp tissue will be send into a pathology lab for the microscopic examination.
