PRE NATAL CARE

                  

Prenatal care is when you get checkups from a doctor, nurse, throughout your pregnancy. It helps keep you and your future baby healthy. Medical checkups and screening tests help keep you and your baby healthy during pregnancy.  It also involves education and counseling about how to handle different aspects of your pregnancy.

DIET

  • Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, calcium-rich foods, and foods low in saturated fat .Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.
